One - Get your Rea Vaya smartcard.
Two - Load Rea Vaya Points on your smartcard to get extra free trips to travel for free.
Three - Tap in with your card and hop on the bus!
To make sure you have a pleasant and quick journey with Rea Vaya, plan ahead: know where you want to go, which bus will get you there, and how many points you'll need on your smartcard. One Rea Vaya point costs R1.00. Here's how the Rea Vaya system works:
